Insurance
Vibe Warehouses does not provide insurance for goods stored at our facilities.
All goods are stored entirely at the Customer's own risk. It is the Customer's responsibility to decide whether to arrange insurance covering the full replacement value of their stored goods against risks such as theft, fire, flood, accidental damage and other potential losses.
The Customer acknowledges that neither Arbor Group Ltd (trading as Vibe Warehouses), acting as the management agent, nor the site owner accepts responsibility for insuring stored goods.
Customers who choose not to arrange insurance accept full responsibility for any loss of or damage to their goods, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
